All people who appear in visual content on Subz were at least 18 years old when the content was produced.

Subz is a hosting platform and is not the primary or secondary producer of content uploaded by creators (as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75). Creators are the producers of their own content and are responsible for keeping the required records.

As part of our own safeguarding, we verify the identity and age of every creator and every co-performer before their content is published, and we keep copies of those verification records.
