Terms of service

These terms are a contract between you and the operator of Subz (“Subz”, “we”, “us”), which runs the website subz.plus. By creating an account or using Subz you agree to them, together with our Acceptable use policy, Privacy policy and, if you are a creator, the Creator agreement.

1. Who can use Subz

You must be at least 18 years old and the age of majority where you live, and it must be legal for you to view adult content. You may only have one account, and the details you give us must be true. We may ask you to prove your age or identity at any time and may restrict your account until you do.

2. Fans and creators

A fan is anyone who uses Subz to view or pay for content. A creator is a user who has verified their identity and publishes content. Fans contract with creators for content; Subz provides the platform and processes payments on the creator’s behalf.

3. Payments

  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any taxes we are required to collect.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings → Subscriptions and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
  • Pay-per-view posts, paid messages and tips are one-off payments.
  • Because you get immediate access to digital content, you agree that your 14-day cancellation right ends once access begins. This does not affect your statutory rights if content is faulty or not as described.
  • Contact [email protected] about any charge before raising a dispute with your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account closure.

4. Content

Creators own the content they post and grant Subz a licence to host, display and distribute it on the platform. Content you buy is licensed to you for personal viewing only. You must not download, record, share, resell or redistribute any content. Doing so may break the law and will result in account closure.

5. Our role and moderation

We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, without notice where necessary to protect users. We cooperate with law enforcement and report suspected child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.

6. Closing your account

You can close your account in Settings → Account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Records we must keep by law (such as payment and age-verification records) are retained as described in the Privacy policy.

7. Liability

Subz is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes in advance. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you live elsewhere in the UK or EU you may also have rights under your local law.
